Not sure if you guys have listened to this podcast before - but the main host is the brother of a good buddy of mine. The female co-host is actually an employee for 2K Games, and the other co-host is a writer for Shack News. The hosts don't take themselves too seriously and it is an entertaining listen from time to time.
Since the co-host works for 2K Games, specifically on Bioshock, she must have pulled some strings to get an interview with him. It was actually an interesting listen. Check it out at playedpodcast.com - make sure you don't just type played.com because that will take you somewhere entirely different that is NSFW or for little kiddies. Don't say I didn't warn you!

E3 is June 11-13! Early discussion, conference chats, livestream links and any other matter of hype and worry can be found in the E3 2013 thread. This is sure to be a doozy.

I think Ken Levine is just a great interview no matter what. His appearance on next-gen.biz's podcast was one of their best.
Oh really? I haven't listened to that one myself, but I heard from another Played listener that next-gen.biz's interview was somewhat boring by comparison. I'll have to go give it a listen and check it out!

Listened to this on my commute this morning. I see what you're saying--this was a much more informal, relaxed, and unguarded conversation. The next-gen one was rather business-focused, but I liked it for that. If nothing else they're a pretty nice set of complementary interviews.
One thing I thought was interesting in the next-gen interview was just how emphatic he was about positioning Bioshock as a shooter. Amid all the discussion of role-playing elements, story, and adventure, he very clearly (and wisely) doesn't want to alienate the shooter-friendly userbase of the 360.
