It's silly that it doesn't show you pending friend requests like every other system on the market, however. Also, can you not change the name you've given new friends? Maybe that'll come with an update?

Yeah, Smash Bros Brawl was a nightmare to play online because of stupid friend codes, which is why I didn't even attempt to play Wii Mario Kart with friends.

Wish I could rename and reorganize on the consoles, too. I thought it would bug me that 3DS keeps your friends listed chronologically instead of alphabetically, but it doesn't. Do wish online friends would rise up, though.

I've been having an issue keeping an internet connection to my 3DS. Last night I was going to add some folks, but I was told I was offline. Pretty sure this is my router acting special needs on me (par for the course, really).

I have to admit I laughed out loud when I saw CJ's status message of "Baldness."

EDIT: I'm having the same issue you are, Architecture, though it seems to correct itself if I hit the Home button and go back to the Friend area from there. I have a pretty stable wireless connection, so I think it's a 3DS thing.

Also, if you're running the camera app, the number of pictures you've taken will be displayed there. Not sure if anything else shows off personalized information like that.
