Chopper 2 - Especially if you have an iPhone or iPod touch to use as the auxiliary controller - Mirrored from the iPad to a TV and you have a great little chopplifter style game.
Depict - It's Pictionary online - With a whistle blower feature for all the griefers (Not that there's too many of them)
Death Rally - for some top down driving shenanigans
Speedball 2 - Old School Bitmap Bros Amiga Classic Redone - Plays really well
Zombie Gunship - Your in a C130 blasting the Zombie Hordes - What's not to like?
Order and Chaos Online - If you fancy grinding WoW style.
(Honourable Mention) Robot Unicorn Attack - Because Mrs SpoonZ hates the music.
Gun Bros - Nice multiplayer Twin stick shooter - controls really well - A Freemium game, I've spent no money on this and have enjoyed it for hours - Hint: Don't buy the Kraken gun - it will set you back about $400 (in real money!!!!)
Game related Apps
Retro Gamer Magazine (Pixel Mags) NOT CHEAP at $5.49 an issue, but you do get one copy for gratis
ForzaTune4 - will give you a great base tune if your still playing Forza
360 Live - For your Xbox Friends List messages ETC.
Playstation App - Same thing for your PSN account. - A surprisingly well put together app - (iPhone)
Handy Things
My Stuff 2 - A neat little database app to catalogue all your games so you don't buy two copies of Burnout by mistake - Lets you scan in barcodes to enter the data too which is super handy.

I think this link will take you to the car mag section.
http://ca.zinio.com/...ryId=cat1960016
I also noticed you can get Edge for 28.50 (plus tax) for 13 issues which is the cost of 2 issues around.
Plus with Zinio you can read them on a PC or an Android tablet down the road if you want, not sure if the Apple News Rack allows you to do that or not but it is a concern for me.

Thanks guys. Keep em coming.
Is there not a Linkedin or official Wikipedia iPad app? All I can find are iPhone versions.
I've found that the website works perfectly fine in the browser. You can create icons from a web page, that basically sit on the homescreen like an app, and you can press them and just launch the browser immediately and be taken to the site. Maybe you already learned that one?
In general I find the browser in the iPad to be so much better than the phone that I don't feel like using apps for most things if they already have a site. Chances are the site works fine on the iPad. Many of the sites I frequent use HTML5 video now, so that is not a problem. Examples would be CNN.com, CNET.com, Giantbomb.com, IGN, Gamespot, any pretty much every other gaming or tech site.
