Sure, it’s the INove theme for WordPress (if you do a Google search for INove theme it’ll be the top hit) — with an alteration made to the title bar so it’s a little bit bigger (you can find that alteration in the discussion of this skin on wordpress.com, like the 4 or so hit on Google too). I think I spent about 3 hours going through WordPress skins last night trying to find one that looked decent.
