This week’s extras:

WOW now thats an excellent lineup
Excited for Henry Hatsworth discussion.
Love that MLB09 commercial. Its probably the best sports game I have ever played. It got me to stop playing SF4, which is saying something.
I try to shut off all RE5 talk on podcasts.
Downloads not working….?
In regards to Xbox customer support: always, always, always file a complaint with the BBB.
Beyond that the FIRST thing out of your mouth once you are speaking to an actual person is “Elevate my call. I need to speak to a supervisor.”
Stay on message that the problem is their fault and that you refuse to pay anything for their mistake and eventually through BBB back-and-forth and elevated calls you will have your repairs taken care of.
I used to give companies time to resolve issues before filing complaints but after so many years of dealing with bad customer service I now give them one phone call as basically a notification that they can either solve it right here on the phone or I’m hiring the BBB mercs to do my biding.
@Ian
Basic writing skills. Before abbreviating, you need to say the full name of what your talking about. BBB?
Man I had to listen to the music over and over before I realized it was Katamari Damacy
@Jeff I think BBB doesn’t need to be explained. It falls into the common knowledge domain. Hell the website itself is http://www.BBB.com
