    @Chris Springer
    I know I told this story on the show before, but I’ll be darned if I remember the episode.

    Basically, CJ and I were interviewing Bruce at E3. I believe it was for the second Evil Dead game, and it was actually the second time we had interviewed him (we had previously done so a year or two prior).

    The first Spider-Man movie had just come out, and at the end of the interview, I mentioned to Bruce that I enjoyed his cameo in the movie. I explained that it was the highlight of the movie, and it was doubly exciting to see Bruce working in the same scene as “Macho Man” Randy Savage (who, of course, played Bonesaw McGraw).

    I suggested that Sam Raimi should create a spin-off movie called “The Adventures of Bonesaw and the Ring Announcer” that chronicled the trials and tribulations of the movie’s two best characters as they travelled across the country. I asked Bruce if he would be interested in starring in such a picture.

    He gave me this slightly irritated look that seemed to say, “You’re an idiot.” He told me that since that would never happen, he wasn’t going to bother answering. We all had a good chuckle and we thanked Bruce for the interview, but you could tell that he was shaking his head as we walked away.

    Haha, that’s funny. You would have thought that Bruce would have thought that was humorous as well…Oh well.

    Thanks for taking the time to answer my question Phil! I love listening to the podcast. I grew up reading EGM (since the massive #65) and love still being able to listen to what you guys think about games. Thanks for the great work!

    You also swayed me to purchase Monkey Island on XBLA, but unfortunately my Xbox crawled back into its grave for the 3rd time and I have yet to be able to play it…but I’m looking forward to it!

    Thanks Again!

    I figured that he would have gotten a laugh out of it, too. Maybe he was just tired from a day full of interviews. Or maybe I’m just an idiot. Possibly both.

    Sorry to hear about your Xbox. They do tend to break just as you’re exciting about playing a new game. At least you’re in for a treat when your system gets back.
